The Arrow District Badge was approved by the County Board of Trustees, as voted on by the District.
The Board Approved a New Active Support Unit for the Emelyn Trophy.
Census is now underway for 2023. In addition to this a quarterly mini-Census will be taken, so we will have a much clearer and more accurate idea of numbers across the County throughout the year.
The Growth & Development Project was discussed with success criteria being explained. A review was set for July CBoT.
The Finance report outlined the 11 months accounts summary for County. In addition, a District loan was approved due to a merger being finalised.
Details of the Spring County Conference for 2023 were given, DCs and Chairs will be invited to this.
Ferny Crofts update:
Proposed plans were given for a new staffing structure for Ferny Crofts which was unanimously agreed. This will now be taken to the Ferny Crofts Board to be finalised.
There is a new fencing project underway, and a huge wooden framed building is due to arrive on site soon.
An update was given on the new maintenance person, who has settled in well and is happy to supervise the apprentices on site with jobs.
Suisse Adventure refunds were agreed for monies not used on the trip for food and activities. These will be processed by the office shortly.
