- The Board were advised that Dan Higgin has been appointed as the County Safety Advisor to cover hands on safety.
- County Operations Manager James Redfearn submitted a proposal to the Board for a Fundraising Consultant. The Board agreed that the Consultant would work with Ferny Crofts on the fundraising for the proposed new building works.
- A Mergers update was given as follows:
- The Board approved the merger of Havant and Waterlooville Districts by 01 April 2023.
- A Finance Update was given to the Board. Fees for 2023 are to be set at an additional CBoT meeting at the end of October.
- A Subject Access Request complaint to the ICO has been made, as a result of this we will be producing a leaflet to explain what to do in the event of an SAR so that people know where to go for advice and ensure future requests are dealt with within the 30 day required time.
- Growth and Development have another open GDO post, recruitment for this and the other empty posts will begin in the New Year.
County Board of Trustees Additional Meeting Summary – October 2022
- The purpose of the additional meeting is to set the County Membership fee for 2023.
This was discussed and the Board agreed that the County Membership fee for 2023 would be £16.50.
